Creating a productive and effective business entails setting standards and limits. One of the items that is vital to this is your company’s image. Your company's image projects to your customers, suppliers and staff how you wish to be perceived - don’t forget it is something that should be under your control and should be in your own hands.
Of course all companies are different - in fact it might in deed be good to be different, but that’s up to you and a decision you yourself should actually make.
Some industries are more casual (i.e., advertising agencies, IT firms, entertainment, and creative industries) and some are still more formal (banking, law, and pharmaceutical companies). However, regardless of industry, good design practise through creativity, consistency and neatness still shines through and counts. This will probably mean something different for each company. But, thoughtful attention and a planned "brand image" displayed makes a big impact.
This also of course applies to your promotional material such as brochures, websites, advertising, and exhibition panels, but we'll leave that for another day!
At Spirit Design we have the expertise to help businesses create the image they require (and deserve). We've been doing it for years and are very good at it. In fact I'm sure you will have seen some of our work. If you recognise that you might need help, (or at least a chat) then talk to paul@spirit-design.com. We're friendly and we don't bite!
