Its a great idea... but one that should NOT fire on every page load. When you're busy surfing around the site you really don't want a voice saying on each refresh "hello......"
Its actually now starting to grate and I'm less inclined to submit the form.
That said, its a great Avatar, quite realistic.

As you can imagine, I've heard Serena's voice a fair few times while we've been preparing this, so I can understand what you say about it becoming grating! Let me have a word with our "uber-tecchie" and see what we can do.
Serena the avatar will (theoretically) boost the level of uptake by between 35-40% - but the proof is in the pudding!
